RETURN OF MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
This document describes the procedure for return of defective items to info direct network for repairs. Follow the instructions below for all goods under warranty and those no longer under warranty.
A. Contact INFO DIRECT NETWORK by telephone at: 450-441-6456 or 1-877-441-6456 or by e-mail at info@directnetwork.ca. Describe the problem and provide the proof of purchase (the date of purchase and receipt). A service representative will provide you with an authorization number for the return of the merchandise. If the product is no longer under warranty, the representative will inform you the details for the cost of repairs to be incurred.
B. Return the product in its original packing (if possible) or in a similar package and pack it in a solid corrugated box (to avoid any damage occurring during the transport).
C. Make sure to include your proof of purchase with date, name, return address, daytime time telephone number and a brief description of the problem.
D. The RMA must be indicated on the outside of the package. Address package to:

E. Send the merchandise by prepaid post and insured either by UPS, Canada Post or any similar recognized service. For any international return, please send the merchandise by prepaid and insured either by UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex or any similar recognized service.
